The assembled training model of the BK-14M shell was developed as visual material for courses on explosive and mine safety, as well as for training instructors and students of EOD programs. It allows instructors to show the realistic appearance of this ammunition, explain its features, and emphasize the risks associated with unexploded ordnance.

The BK-14M model is suitable for use in training centers, specialized classrooms, and during field training for communities, schools, and universities. The instructor can discuss with the group where such shells may remain after shelling, how to recognize them in the field, and why under no circumstances should anyone touch or attempt to move the ammunition they find.
